Creationism, which lost battles in various courts which prevent its teaching in American schools.
Intelligent Design is the anti-evolutionary and creationist idea that God not only is the Creator of the physical universe, but also oversees every step in the creation of new species. Nothing is the result of
chance. All the information in the universe is said to be present in the Mind of God at the earliest moments in the universe (some theologians say that God has this knowledge/information
outside of time).
Information philosophy has shown that there is a
cosmic creation process at work, but there is no evidence of a Creator or a Designer.
